"I liked the idea of this..."
I liked the idea of this, but I’m not sure the texture really worked for me. It felt a bit thicker than I expected and didn’t spread as evenly as I hoped. It’s not bad at all, just maybe not the kind of consistency I’d want to use every day.

I’ll definitely be buying again. I’ve ordered a few different scents now, and they’ve all been really nice. They’re not overpowering or fake-smelling at all, just clean, fresh, and easy to enjoy. The lavender one is my favorite so far

I stopped by hoping to pick up a few things, but most of what I wanted was sold out. I get that items run low sometimes, but it’d be nice if the store kept better track of inventory or updated customers so we’re not wasting a trip.

I’ve ordered from rowecasaorganics a few times now, every time I’m like, okay, this is actually fair for the price. The products seem to last me way longer than I expect, which is always a nice little bonus. Nothing has felt overpriced or like one of those gimmicky things you regret buying later, which I really appreciate. Shipping has been totally fine, and everything has arrived packed well. Overall, I’m happy with what I’m getting for the money

"Good taste, just a little strong"
Overall, I actually liked the taste. It doesn’t have that weird “natural” flavor some products have, which was a BIG plus for me. One of the flavors was a bit strong for my taste, but not enough to stop me from taking it daily.

I’ve liked a few of the products I’ve tried, but my experience with customer service wasn’t quite what I’d hoped for. I emailed about an issue with my order and it took a few days to get a response. When they finally got back to me, the reply felt a little rushed and didn’t really answer my question, so I ended up having to follow up again. It definitely wasn’t the worst experience, but it was a bit frustrating and I guess I expected a little more.

I do appreciate that they’re upfront about the ingredients and don’t seem to be hiding a bunch of stuff behind fancy wording. I’m always a little skeptical when brands use super polished company language, so it was nice that this felt more straightforward. Shipping was fine, not exactly fast, but not terrible either. Overall the products seem honest to me, I just wish a few of the details were easier to find without having to click around so much

Changing my subscription was actually really easy and I didn’t run into any issues with the process itself. That said, I did feel a little misled because I expected everything to be clearer upfront. It worked fine in the end, but I wish the details had been more straightforward from the start.

"Shipping Felt Weirdly Slow"
I really wanted to like my order, but the shipping was slow. It took way longer than I expected, and for a while there were barely any updates, which always makes me start wondering what’s actually going on behind the scenes. Like, is my package sitting in some mystery warehouse waiting for approval from a secret shipping council? Who knows. I get that delays happen, but it was frustrating not knowing when it would show up. The package did arrive in good condition, so at least there’s that. I just wish the shipping had been faster or at least more clear along the way

I’ve ordered a few things from Rowe Casa Organics now, and I’ll be honest, I kind of wondered if they’d actually do much. But so far, they’ve worked better than I expected. The cough syrup and magnesium spray are probably my favorites. Shipping was totally fine too. I also like feeling like I can use their stuff for my family without second-guessing all the ingredients
